What are the shipping times?

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Exchanges and Refunds

How do I make a return?

To make a return, go to the Returns page and fill out the form, providing your order number and the associated email address.

You will then receive an email with return instructions within a maximum of 12 hours after your request.

Once your return is received and verified, you will be refunded the amount of your order, provided that the item complies with our refund policy.

How to make an exchange?

To make an exchange, please go to the Returns page and fill out the form with your order number and associated email address.

Please specify the items you wish to exchange, the quantity, and the desired replacement product (size, color, or other item).

You will then receive an email containing exchange instructions within a maximum of 12 hours after your request.

Once your exchange is received and verified, we will automatically reship the new products with a tracking number.

What is the deadline for returns or exchanges after my order?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund, and 60 days to make an exchange, subject to our return and exchange policy.
