At Dl's, we are committed to providing a satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Return Period:
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.

Return Conditions:
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their tags intact.

Return fees :
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part in sending your order.

Refund :

- If the item meets our return conditions, we will reimburse you as soon as possible.
- The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
